Probate

A grant of Probate is a legal document which proves the contents of Will and allows the executors of the Will to distribute the Estate.

It is also necessary to fill in an Inheritance Tax form to ensure that the correct taxes are paid or have been paid.

I understand that the loss of a loved one is an extremely stressful and sad time and the last thing you want to be doing is filling out paper work to apply for legal documents.   • Grant only (no IHT)- £650 plus VAT

  • Grant only (IHT payable)- £1100 plus VAT

  • Full administration (no IHT)- £2500 plus VAT

  • Full administration (IHT payable) – from £4000 plus VAT

Please note that all charges are plus a fee to the Probate Registry which is currently £155
