  • Simple Will- from £350 plus VAT
  • Simple mirror Wills- £600 plus VAT
  • Wills with Trusts: from £500 plus VAT
  • Severance of joint tenancy: £250 plus VAT
  • Inheritance Tax planning advice: from £350 plus VAT

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY

  • One document- £450 plus VAT
  • Two documents- £800 plus VAT
  • Four documents- £1500 plus VAT

Discounts are available for packages to tailor your individual needs. Please contact me for a quote. Prices start from £1800 plus Court fees.

Please note that all charges are plus a fee to the Office of the Public Guardian of £82 per LPA.

  • Simple Will with specific gifts & LPA x 2 – £850 plus VAT
  • Simple mirror wills & LPA x 4 – £1350 plus VAT
  • Mirror Wills with specific gifts & LPA x 4 – £1500 plus VAT
  • Mirror Wills with specific gifts & IHT advice & LPA x 4- £1800 plus VAT

PROBATE

  • Grant only: £1,200 plus VAT
  • Full administration : from £3,000 plus VAT please contact me for a full quote

Please note that all charges are plus a fee to the Probate Registry which is currently £300.

FAMILY

I offer preliminary advice on all areas of family law, including Divorce, financial matters on divorce , separation and children matters. This is includes a face to face consultation which will be tailored to meet your needs and provide you with advice regarding the areas relevant to you. After the consultation you will be provided with a detailed letter of advice outlining your options as a point of reference for you. These consultations are £450 plus VAT.

Fixed fees for any follow up work are agreed after the initial consultation.
